Okay, usually you don’t hear about our government officials doing something positive, but I recently came across an online store that sells organic teas called Ambassador Organics. This company was founded by Ambassador Carol Moseley Braun, a former senator from Illinois and Ambassador to New Zealand.
According to the website, she became interested in agriculture while spending summers on her great-grandmother’s pecan farm. From this experience, she learned how to farm while keeping close harmony with the environment. This practice is called Biodynamic agriculture.
While in Congress, she championed renewable fuels, improved food safety, health and nutrition. In fact, her entire professional life has been devoted to legal issues concerning environmental and social justice.
Since becoming a private citizen again, she has continued her public service work with founding Good Food Organics™, which Ambassador Organics is a part. This company is a premium, Certified USDA Organic and Biodynamic products company. If you are serious about helping the environment and enjoying some wonderful tea, stop by Ambassador Organics today.
